2400 RAM with 4770k Asus VI Formula?

Will this setup work? I've read on some other threads the 1.65v is too high for Haswell?

Going to use G. Skill Trident X 2400 8GB.

They work fine on that combo (mobo/CPU), and in fact if you have good 4770K can run 2666 up to 2933
