I've planning to buy 2400mhz rams for GIGABYTE GA-B150M-D3H (which supports 2133mhz maximum)
Beyond the will it work question, on my rams specs saying:

Total kit capacity is 16GB. Each
module has been tested to run at DDR4-2400 at a low latency timing
of 15-15-15 at 1.2V. Additional timing parameters are shown in
the Plug-N-Play (PnP) Timing Parameters section below.
The JEDEC standard electrical and mechanical specifications
are as follows:

JEDEC/XMP TIMING PARAMETERS
• JEDEC/PnP: DDR4-2400 CL15-15-15 @1.2V
DDR4-2133 CL14-14-14 @1.2V
•XMP Profile #1: DDR4-2400 CL15-15-15 @1.2V

I want to know, should i adjust the timing of the rams 15-15-15 to 14-14-14 to make the rams run properly on this mobo?

Yes. Initially, the motherboard will downclock the RAM (frequency) and increase the timings for a default stable boot. For example. I have 1866 Mhz RAM. Default for my motherboard was 1600. I enabled XMP and clocked the RAM to 1866 and then changed the timings. You shouldn't have to do anything initially for the RAM to work.

What RAM kit did you buy?

KINGSTON HyperX Fury 16GB(2x8GB) DDR4-2400MHz

I didn't bought just a plan.

So after further research, it don't see XMP on the listed features of that motherboard. Meaning, you won't be able to overclock the RAM to 2400 Mhz. I'm surprised it's not listed.

Either way, it would be a wiser choice to pick a 2133 kit. You'll probably save a few bucks anyways.

Chipset B150 doesn't support XMP,so that memory will never work at 2400 speed with that motherboard.if u want faster rams u need to change to z170 chipset. :)

That memory will work with that motherboard it will simply default to 2133, from their check the timings and set it to the 14 timings if their not already their. You will se no difference in 2133 with 14 than you would with 2400 at 15.
Of course if you have not bought the memory yet just buy the 2133 set.

on my country, it's strangely 2133 kits are more expensive 😀 So 2400 kits will work with ASUS B150M-C? (XMP supported)

i dont want faster rams that will need a expensive mobo. i want only mobo that works well with 2400 kit rams.

I want to one answer at this point (i dont want to work 2400mhz rams at 2400 since z170 mobos are expensive, i'm fine with 2133mhz) I want to answer for these parts are complatible?

-KINGSTON HyperX Fury 16GB(2x8GB) DDR4-2400MHz
-ASUS B150M-C
-İ5-6400 OR İ3 6100

hmmm..YES to some of your thoughts .
1st is yes that 2400 mhz will work on 2133 mhz only motheboard ( but there is catch : I noticed in real life, only Gskill one does that without going on higher latency i.e. still cl15 .Don't know about corsair ,a-data ,kingston.)
Now assuming this is too late for your answer and mine could not be much help but tell us if you tried anything yet.
