Question 240gb drive showing as 68.8gb

1/ I just bought a new SSD to replace the one im using, and i see that it says 240GB on the SSD case thing, but on my computer, it just shows up as 68GB. Its an ADATA SP550 drive, and in the task manager it shows up as 220GB, but somehow it still only shows 68GB (in file explorer).
2/ Also, it only shows up if my hard drive is plugged in, otherwise it just doesnt show up in both task manager and the file explorer.
3/ Its my "boot drive". Without it i cant startup, and i just go into the BIOS or UEFI thing whatever..., even though my boot drive is set to my C: drive

i think it sends me to the bios because the boot manager is on it, i dont really know

Right click on This PC, select manage, then click disk management. Nothing to do with the bios.

Literally doesnt show up

Also anyway to get my computer to boot up without that drive or do i need to reinstall windows

Yeah, either reinstall window on another drive or use bootable usb with window installed on it.

Mind uploading a picture of "This PC" in file explorer showing all drive?

My take is that to try deleting all partition and volume in CMD using DISKPART first

Looked at all your screenshots, couldn't find 68GB written anywhere in them.

Based on your uploaded image of the file explorer, it looks fine tbh.

Unless you were saying your F: drive is the one that is the 68 GB free of 223 GB even though you have deleted and created volume in disk manager based on your file explorer image

OR

your 3rd drive is connected but not detected by the computer, thus not showing in disk management and file explore.

If possible, can upload your DxDiag and a screenshot of your BIOS showing the connected drive?

the F: drive is fine
the E: drive is the one thats broken, doesnt show up but is still recognized
