Question 240GB SSD had System32 error

So my pc randomly crashed when i was closing tabs on my browser and it had said the system32 folder had some error in it or something was deleted. I havent done anything or installed anything for it to do this and idk why it did it. however, I restarted my pc and it loaded up fine like there wasn't a crash. now i feel like i should backup my pc as it has crashed a 2 or 3 times in the last couple of weeks (could be because of games but the games arent installed on my OS drive). Anyway, i dont know if this issue is fatal and if i should be worried my windows will corrupt or if it was a random accidental crash?

my OS drive is a WD 240GB SSD
i have a 960GB kingston SSD for games or other things i need and a 2TB WD blue for bulk games.

You should have a known good backup at ALL times.
Not just when there is a "problem".
