[SOLVED] 240Hz 1080p or 144Hz 1440p IPS Monitor should i buy for RTX3070?

I have upgraded my PC to i9 10900k with 32 Gigs for gskill ram now im using my old GTX 1050ti with dual 21inch 60Hz monitor setup. So need some advice on upgrading the monitor setup for the upcoming rtx 3070
I have two Options
1. LG Ultra gear 27GN750-B (240hz -1080p)
or
2. LG 27GL850-B (144hz - 1440p)

It depends of the usage. Do you play csgo,valorant and esport games mostly? Then 1080p 240Hz may be a better choice. Do you use the PC for work or single player games? Then the 1440p should be better. In general after i tried different monitors with 60hz,75hz,120hz,144hz,165hz and 240hz after 120Hz you almost cant notice any difference. But going from a 1440p monitor to a 1080p one is like going from 120hz to 60hz.

I wouldnt suggest to buy a 1080p monitor in 2020 when you have the budget to pair it with a RTX 3070 that is a good pair for 1440p.27inch 1440P 144/165Hz IPS is the best option for me. The only game that i would prefer having a 1080p 24inch rather 1440p 27inch is CSGO.
