24A enough for Gtx 1050 Ti?

Solution
Point us to the actual PSU models mate (or model numbers at least)

PSU component quality is far more important than those rail ratings at the end of the day.

420w available on a 450w psu is absolutely acceptable in wattage terms (first pic)

& 540w available on a 550 or 600w unit ia also absolutely acceptable.

It means they can fulfil their full wattage label rating.

The second pic with ripple percentages & full load efficiency rating would lead me to believe its a good quality unit from what I see

However the wattage table rating is not a good indicator overall of the actual quality of the power being provided.

From the tables both those psu's would run a 1050ti EASILY

A 1050ti itself only requires 75-90w (depending on model)...
No I would personally not even use that power supply since from what I can tell just on those specs it poor quality. See, when it comes to computers you don't want to cheap out on your power supply since its what makes sure your system runs smoothly and if theirs any issues with your power supply it could blow your entire PC. So think this way: "Do I want to spend $90-100 on a good quality PSU? Or am I going to blow money on my graphics card and possibly destroy it and other parts?" It is up to you but in all honesty I would not trust that power supply one bit

Solution
There's no issue with build quality or ampage on either unit.

They're both good quality delta made units as far as I see.

The true power may be a seasonic if its the old 2012 model

Either will run a 1050ti easily.

I imagine the true power is significantly more expensive though??
Seeing as its a newer dc-dc regulated design .

The TP550 is close to the price of NeoEco II. Suppose it is True Power Classic that is expensive comparatively.

So, it is recommendable to take either of these for the Graphics card or suggesting alternative?

If they're a similar price then the truepower is the choice to make.

Its arguably better than the true power classic IMO.

The one on that page is the dc-dc regulated unit based on seasonic first m12d platform.

That's a 9 out of 10 rated PSU you're looking at there.
