24hz on integrated graphics?

So i'm thinking about starting my build with integrated graphics with a 6600k and later getting a GPU after saving some money. But, on my motherboard it says the hdmi port has a maximum resolution of 4096x2160@24 Hz. My monitor is 1080p 60hz with only an hdmi outout. Does that mean i can only get 24hz max?

If you were trying to display 4k you'd be limited to 24hz but 60hz should be fine @1080p.

HDMI 1.4 carries 1080p @ 120Hz so it'd work fine.
