Question 24pin ATX + 10 pin connector?

Recently just treated myself to a new case and modular PSU with a view to clean up my build. The MB power connector has a 24pin connector and an additional 10 pin connector at one end and a 24pin connector at the other. Are they for different MB's? At the moment I have the 24pin + 10 pin hooked into my PSU and the single 24 pin attached to the MB.

I'm at work so can't check, but I may have wired it up the wrong way. Luckily I have not fired it up yet. Its been a while since I built a pc so I'm at little rusty. There is nothing in the manual about this cord. The psu is a Seasonic Focus+ 750W 80+ GOLD PSU.

Some motherboards use a 10 pin connector for the main power connector instead of the more usual 24 pin.
Seasonic is just catering to that possibility.
