2500+ @ 400mhz ???

Hi I have a Barton 2500+, A7N8X and 2 ddr 400.

and i wounder can I run it at 200x9 instead of 11x166 to sync it with memory ??? and is that OC ???.

there's been a lot of problems with ddr400 ram, I personally got mine today to 13.5* and 190FSB that works out to be 2565Mhz ladies and gentlemen this is a 800mhz OC on a Barton 2500.

Thats a great overclock. What m/board are you using, voltages, ram timings, 3dmark scores???

Aslong as you can change the multiplier you can run whatever FSB the memory and motherboard support, if thats 200mhz then 200mhz is what you can run at

Is the A7N8X rev 2.0 or 1.*? if its not rev 2.0 then it might struggle to run @ 200mhz...

It´s rev 2. but my question was also: is it OC 200x9 ???, i mean it´s still 1.8 ghz right ?

Yeah the math is simple. 200x9 = 1800mhz. Although the 2500 will overclock easy...
