Hi everyone,

I'm currently working with a $2500 budget to buy all the components for PC setup that will allow me to play games at a great/high quality, and allow me to use my PC for content creation as well (things like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc,.).

I've been doing my research and here is what I have come up with so far:

GPU: AMD Gigabyte Radeon RX 7800 XT
CPU: Ryzen 9 7900x 12-core, 24 thread unlocked desktop processor
Case: Gigabyte 8650e Aorus Master
Ram: Corsair Vengeance RGB 32GB 6000MHZ DDR5
SSD: Lexar 1TB NM 790SSD with Heatsink PCIE Gen 4 NVMe
PSU: Corsair RM850e power supply
OS: Windows 11
Monitor: Still figuring out

Side Note: I have been looking at the AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT.

This is what I have so far, but I am not sure if I am optimizing as much as I can for performance based on my budget. Any help or recommendations you guys have would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

You're advised to stylize your thread with info asked of in this thread;
and the community can chime in with worthwhile suggestions. I would also add, to elaborate on what you're referring to as etc. in your sentence above.

I would look into an X3D SKU processor if your ratio for gaming is higher than content creation. Be sure to look into ram kits with AMD's E.X.P.O advertised on it.

Moved thread from Components section to Systems section.
