2500 USD Ryzen 1800x build

hello i need to build a pc for gaming/editing/rendering. i would like it to be with the amd Ryzen 1800x because it is 399 usd rigth now on amazon. i dont need monitor nor software and keyboard/mouse. i edit in 4k and play in 4k or 1440p. also i can only buy from amazon since neweeg and other sites won't let me use my credit cards because i live outside USA ( i'm from Colombia) my budget is 2500 USD more or less. if you can help me with the build (i don't know anything about building a pc) that would be great. thank you.
