2500K and GTX1070/1080

just a quick question. how much bottleneck there is for 2500K at 4.5ghz for GTX1070 or even GTX1080? hopefully someone with such setup can chime in 
also for 1080p gaming.

for a 1070 you want minimum an i5 6600 or i7 4770k
