I don't think you noticed his prices were in AUD.
 

You don't need liquid cooling and sometimes they leak, save 20$.
You have to perform a BIOS update before using the 4670K with a 8-series mobo.
G.SKILL DIMMs are stronger than A-DATA, that's why I use G.SKILL exclusively for my builds.
I would get an SSD from a bigger brand such as Crucial or Samsung.
A 50$ case is fine for a budget build, don't know why you went with a 100$ one.
Thermaltake PSUs are crap, even if they're cheap.
