250GB 850 EVO Slow read speed + low iops

So i've decided to test my SSD, 850 EVO 250gb SATA3, and what I am getting is lower, not constant read speeds. Average read speed is 315MB/s. I did multiple test, dropped down to 300, highest was about 340.

What could be the reason? I've tried with RAPID on and off and it's always the same.

I am using Windows 10 Pro 64bit, high performance power plan, on a laptop Asus K55VM, i7-3610QM, SSD is connected via SATA 3.

Laptop is Asus K55VM-SX114D with Intel i7-3610QM, 4 cores@2.3-3.1GHz, 8GB 1600MHz RAM, Nvidia GT630m 2GB, Windows 10 Pro Genuine 64-bit.

You can't expect desktop performance from a laptop. The chipset isn't as powerful. Your SSD is fine.
