Hi, recently I got this 250 GB Samsung SSD from one of my spare builds that hasn't been used in a long time. So I decided to get the SSD and put it into my laptop and turn it into a secondary drive but I forgot the SSD had Win11 on it so I got booted into Win11 instead of Win10 which is my acutal system on the laptop. I tried to enter BIOS on the laptop to boot from my Win10 drive but the way to get into BIOS was kinda confusing for me.

So I took the SSD out and put it into my main desktop to do what I was trying to do on my laptop. But when turning it on my desktop booted to the 250GB ssd strangely it booted into the Automatic Repair Section and instead of it saying of it saying " Return to Windows 11 " on the Turn off your PC option it said " Return to Windows 10 ". Confused, I tried booting into my main drive for my desktop which had Win11. But it was no longer recognizable as a system drive. So I unplugged all the drives in my PC except for the drive I was trying to boot into but instead the PC booted into BIOS. So instead I grabbed both the 250 GB SSD and my desktop's System SSD and I tried to plug in the 250GB SSD into my other spare desktop to try and finnaly format it but instead it caused my system to turn on without display but I was able to fix the issue by unplugging the 250GB SSD and taking out the CMOS battery.

When I plugged in my main desktop's system SSD it wasn't recognized by either the BIOS or Windows 11 file manager of my spare PC, but it still showed up in Disk Utility Software like Disk Manager except it no longer had a letter assigned to it. Funnily enough the laptop faced no problems after taking out the 250 GB SSD. Thanks for reading and any help is appreciated sorry if it was a bit long.

TLDR: Tried to format 250 GB SSD with Windows 11 to repurporse as a secondary drive but it causes many issues with the two desktops it was plugged into and it caused my system drive in my main desktop to become unrecognizable as a System Drive.
