250gb ssd and 500gb hdd or 120gb ssd and 1tb hdd?

What the title says. What do you recommend for a 'budget' gaming setup?

I’d go with the 250gb ssd + 500gb hdd, put OS and long load time games on ssd then everything else on hdd.

I got by, gaming daily, on just a 250gb drive for many years. Finally added an old 180gb ssd to put VR games on.

Thank you! I'll go with that and add some more storage later on when I find the need of doing so. Probably a longtime, I'm guessing.
