250V power cord to power PSU labelled 100-240VAC

I have a power cord from my previous power supply and it has 10A 250V~ written on it. I'm using it to run my current PSU which has a "Input Voltage 100-240VAC" label just below the plug port.
Is my PC being powered properly?

The reason I'm asking is because of the problem I've been having since I bought my new gaming PC, still unsolved, so I'm really nitpicky about it.

I would say no, a 13 amp cord would be better suited.
