Question 255 Watts Dell Optiplex 7020 Best Graphics Card???

So We Have a Family PC and We want to play some Decent Games on it but the problem is the Graphics Card itself so I don't know what to bought for a 255 watts PSU so can you guys help me out ( HD6450 will make it better??? or a GT1030 ) it is Dell Optiplex 7020 SFF

don't be fooled by NVIDIA's little GT1030 Game. Look for the GDDR5 Model. not DDR4. Trust me. you will Be thankfull you got the GDDR5
