256gb ssd full with 70gb of files?

I have a 256gb samsung 850 evo and I have around 40 mb of space left yes mb is the correct value. Upon checking my files to make some space I realized im only using around 70gb with my old windows versions and new one. I also checked hidden files and there's nothing there. Please help!
