Question 256GB SSD showing as 111GB

I had an old computer sitting around that i havent used in years, so i decided to gut it and transfer the usable storage parts to my new PC, including a Kingston SSD. But when i look at disk management, there is no system reserved partition, just a primary. I want to migrate my OS to this drive but EaseUS is saying there is insufficient space, and obviously half the drive space is missing. I've formatted it, Ive tried the CMD approach to get the system to recognise the full space, and nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

111GB should in all cases be enough to migrate any OS. Can you check Device Manager for the disk drive to see what the disk's device name is and check Disk Management to see the drive's partitioning? Screenshots might help in your case.

What's the model name of this drive? Probably it's 120GB drive (not 256GB).
