25ms monitor appears blurry in gaming,8 ms better?

I have a Dell 1901 19" monitor with 25 ms response time. The graphics to me are terrible, as everything in the distance becomes blurry as you turn, playing farcry/eqii/doac/etc. Colors just run together when you move quickly. This seems unacceptable and hurts my eyes. Is this normal and would an 8 ms monitor really help this problem, or is it just a part of having an LCD screen? Thanks for your help!!

Try the Dell 2001FP 16ms monitor. I play EQ2, UT2k4, Doom3 ect. and it works great. I've had it for several months with no dead pixels and absolutely no problems. I hear you can get it now for 599 (used to be 1099 a couple months ago). Try www.techbargains.com for the coupon code and directions on how to get it for 599 if you want.
