25w PCIe and GTX 670/760 with PSU 2x6pin

Hello , i will have motherboard from dell optiplex 390 DT and im courious if i can use there GPU like gtx 760 or 670 because there is written that PCI express has maximum wattage 25w but card will be powered by PSU with 2x 6 pins . So will GPU gtx 670/760 work there ?

I have never had an issue with ignoring that disclaimer on my Dells. Some say 25W, some say 35W. I think that warning is in regard to the small PSU that Dell supplies with the PC. If you have a suitable PSU for the bigger cards, it should be OK... IMO.
