I have a 26pin 7 inch lcd screen, anyways to hook it up with the raspberry pi3 model b?

Your LCD screen should have some additional info about that. RPi supports so-called DSI interface. There are also a myriad of websites with step-by-step connection and configuration.

26 pin is the original Pi, they match up with the top of the later 40 pin.
