2600k + GTX 1070 or 6700k + GTX 1060?

Hi,
I'm going to university for 4 years on a computer science course which I will need a computer that can run virtual machines and compile code but I also want to play games in my free time, I'm only going to have a 1080p monitor but I'd like to play near 60fps. Also money will be tight so this PC will have to require minimal upgrading. I can get good deals on both the 2600k and 6700k but the price difference is still about £180 so I would upgrade the GPU to a GTX 1070 if I get the 2600k. I was just wondering peoples opinions on this, thanks in advance for any replies.

Obviously 6700k. It's latest and can handle every game and 1060 6GB is fine for 1080p 60fps. But 2600k is not far behind. But its old its tired grab the latest one.
