[SOLVED] 2600X 3060 Bottleneck?

My PC:
2600X Overclocked @4.2 ghz
2x8 16gb corsair 3000mhz
b450 ds3h motherboard
1060 6gb MSI AERO ITX
corsair 650w tx-m 80+ gold

I'm looking to either buy a low end 3060 and save money or go all out on a 3060 ti performance card like the asus tuf gaming 3060 ti.

I play games like minecraft, csgo, black ops 3, cheap steam games

I enjoy recording videos in 240fps@1080p. Would I experience any bottleneck at 1080p gaming?

I doubt an R5-2600X is capable of fully saturating /maxing out an RTX3060 or 3060Ti at 1080P...

(Shown below is a comparison of an R5-2600X vs. a 5600X using only a 2060Super, and , there is a quite large CS:GO framerate difference even with a slower GPU, so, clearly the 2600X if it cannot saturate a 2060Super will also not saturate a 3060 or above.)
