I am trying to build a budget PC for a friend using the following parts

Ryzen 5 2600
RX 570
1tb SSD
B450m Mobo

I found on Amazon that 16gb of 2666 ram is about $64 and 16gb of 3200 is $74. Does the extra $10 justify the increase in performance or it doesn't make a difference and I should save the $10?

Solution
That'll work. Standard 3200MHz Cas16 ram. Nothing fancy.

Ryzen uses Infinity Fabric, that's what the cores use to communicate with each other. It's based on ram speeds. So faster ram = faster communication = higher potential fps in games which use more than one core, which is basically every game nowadays. It's $10. You spend it once and ends up costing $2 a year for the next 5 years your friend owns the pc. Worth $2 a year for the fps gains? Is that even a question worth asking?
He already has an RX 570 laying around. Is the 570 not a good card? He is just playing PUBG, Dota 2, Fornite, Diablo 3 (and 4 whenver it comes out), Guild Wars 2 and maybe WoW. Nothing super major

Its a decent card for the games mentioned but from my experience with a 1060 (similar to rx 570) he has to do tinkering with the settings. And yes you should get faster memory especially if you are going with ryzen.
