[SOLVED] 2666MHz RAM only running at 1600MHz

This is the RAM I currently have and the speed states 2666MHz. I've never really noticed until the other day but my speed in task manager says 1600MHz and on Speccy it says only 800MHz. How come it's at these speeds and not reaching the maximum stated? My build below for reference.

Try disabling xmp. That may make memory multiplier editable.

I tried this and it didn't work. I guess I'll have to attempt to update the BIOS then, which I'm honestly super worried about doing.
