So I've recently found a really good looking IPS 60 hz monitor which has a pretty nice design and wonderful contrast which makes the images and games look amazing with 5 ms response time. I was wondering since the monitor is 1080p 27" is everything is going to look pixelated (big pixels) or blurry and if I will notice a ton of ghosting because the monitor is indeed IPS and has 5 ms ?

Here is the monitor that I'm talking about https://www.asus.com/Monitors/MX279H/

If anyone has a monitor like that I would really appreciate the answer to my question 😀

I think a general rule would be 1080p for around 24" monitors, 1440p for 27", and 4k for 32". At least that's what looks good to me at typical computer monitor distances. Your eyesight is the deciding factor of course, so it's a good idea to see different monitors in person, that way you can judge what works best for you.
My old monitor is a 27" 1080p and the pixels are noticeably visible if you have anywhere close to decent vision, or corrected vision. It is fine for games and multimedia, not so good for reading on.

5 ms is considered adequate for gaming. Ghosting is going to always be present, without something like ULMB, but 5 ms should keep it to a minimum. IPS will get you good viewing angles and color.

Sadly the next step up to QHD is a little over $300 for an IPS display. But you can get 27" TN QHD panels for about $220.
