Question 27" 144hz vs 24" 165hz monitor

Hi everyone,
is there a big, noticeable difference between 144hz and 165hz? I'll be playing at 1440p mostly. It would be between those 2: AOC Q24G2A/BK (24" 165hz) and LG UltraGear 27GN800P-B (27" 144hz). I have already went ahead and ordered the AOC but just noticed the LG at a decent discount which makes the price difference VERY minimal (the LG is about 2-3 USD more expensive)

If the 27" isn't 1440p or higher, no. But that's my personal preference for pixel density.
