27" Acer XG270HU - Seller saying 60Hz, everywhere else says 144Hz?

I've been looking at the possibility of purchasing a 1440p, 144hz monitor with possibly the option of freesync too.

On Ebay/Scan I found THIS Acer XG270HU for a VERY reasonable price. But yet, it's listed as 60Hz frequency here, yet everywhere else claims this monitor is 144Hz.

Do you guys know what the deal is with this, is the seller incorrect? In terms of monitors being 1440p, 144hz and freesync capable they don't get any cheaper than this that's for sure!

how much is very resonable compared to the standard price? the monitor is listed at 144 hz as far as I can see... link please to the resonable priced one?

There are two different versions...

So it is correct, at 60 hz therefore so cheap

Ahh that would explain it That's very sneaky.. I guess if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is!
