27' monitor with best speakers, better in general

i need a new monitor and figured id go with a 27". i want to get rid of this 5.1 setup as i game with a headset so a good built in speaker is essential. i will be using a asus radeon 7850 card which has all the connections. i will be using it for gaming/movies/web. i narrowed it down by choosing some basic specs and this is what i came up with. i wanna be under $400

im gonna bump this, my card is coming in 2 days and i want to be ready. i realize that people have needs/wants and choosing an item for someone inst easy but maybe you can tell me a few to definitely stay away from. or brands in general that are considered budget an fall short.

Im no pro at this, but since you will be using a headset, wont the monitors speakers not make a difference when theyre plugged in, but rather the sound card in ur pc???

in general.... speakers that come in monitors SUCK.

personally i would just keep the system you already have but if you wanted to downgrade a low end 2.0 speaker setup would be much better than anything you can find in a screen.
