Hello

I always had pretty high temp on my 2700x, but since i upgraded the bios of my MSI Tomahawk B450, temperatures increased by alot. I CANNOT be sure it's exactly at that time the temperature increased, but that's the only change i made to my computer since a long time.

My cooler is a Cryorig H7. I even removed it and changed the thermal paste last night just in case, but that didn't change the temperature at all.

What i'm getting now, at room temperature of 22'C looks like:

Idle = 40-45'C
CPU Intensive game = 70-80'C
7-zip performance test = 85'C after about 30-40 seconds, then i stop the test out of fear of overheating.

One thing i noticed while looking in Ryzen Master is that each core always stays at 4.15ghz (even at idle). The minimum cpu usage is set to 5% in power management options.

Any ideas how to fix those temps ?
