So I think I'm down to 3 different r9 270x cards. I will be purchasing a 270x for budget reasons and with the help of you guys, I'd like to make the right decision.

First off, the card I'm leaning towards, is the Sapphire 270x. I've ready mostly nothing but good reviews on this card running most modern games anywhere from 40-75 fps at high/ultra settings. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202050

Next, ASUS Direct CUII 270x. Again, I've read mostly good things about this card and it's hard to go wrong with ASUS.

And last, PowerColor Devil axr9 270x. I've seen mixed reviews on this card and PowerColor as a company. This card apparently runs really hot but that shouldn't be hard to fix by applying a new thermal compound and buy a few new fans. This card does have the fastest boost clock of the 270x cards at 1180MHz.

I'm new to building PCs and new to purchasing PC parts. I will also post my entire build to give you guys a better understanding of what I'm working with. Thank you all in advance!

I will be adding an SSD in the near future. Thanks again.

ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 great choice! https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M5A99FX_PRO_R20/overview/

The mobo and cpu you selected gives you high overclocking potential and good baseline performance.. 5ghz with proper/quality air cooling.
The guide is a great reference but it is the highest level of a professional FX overclock done by AMD.
I recommend that you start out with a multiplier style overclock over fsb.
I find it best to go strait to the bios for a overclock so it is what i recommend.

The 270x is a great card for Crossfire on a budget for future upgrade and you should get a motherboard that will support if you plan to do so.
The linked part list is showing blank for me.
My vote is for the ASUS Direct CUII 270x.

I will take a look at those. I've already bought the psu and it's actually the cxm. I read that they are not made out of the cheaper material the cx series are made from. As for the card you would recommend Video Card: PowerColor Radeon R9 270 2GB TurboDuo Video Card ($129.99 @ Newegg) over any of the 270x?

From a overclocking/Crossfire and performance perspective you should go with a 990 motherboard otherwise you should just pair a cheaper FX 8xxx with with a 970 motherboard.

For Crossfire and a overclock i would recommend at least a 600W 80+ bronze power supply.

I will add the 990 mobo, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131851R. I don't see myself overclocking anytime soon because I'm a beginner and I'm just now learning this stuff. However, I will probably crossfire around November when hopefully I can find some really good deals. I'm just really need advice on the graphics card. Thanks
