Question 275r psu shroud size?

So im planning on getting a personalised psu shroud rgb cover across (not on top of) my psu shroud. I have a corsair 275r with the included shroud. I do have the case but everytime I measure it I get different measurements somehow and I don't own a tape measure and a ruler just isn't doing it for me... So I wondered if anyone could tell me the exact measurements please. Thanks!
