I have a dell precision t1650 (Core i5) with a 275w dell psu (shown above).. will this be enough for an EVGA GTX 750 Ti? Thanks.

From looking at EVGA's Web site for a GTX 750Ti, it shows 4 different models.
Two of them state:
Requirements:
Minimum of a 300 Watt power supply.
Total Power Draw : 60 Watts

Then two others that seem a bit more power hungry-
Requirements
Minimum of a 300 Watt power supply.
Total Power Draw : 85 Watts

I'd say you were pushing the PSU to it's extremes with the 275w when EVGA is recommending 300 watts.
What are you using now for a graphics card?

In general EVGA's, Nvidia's, etc. "recommendations" should be completely ignored. For one thing, they assume that labelled wattage of a power supply has any real meaning to it. There is no standardization by which labelled wattage is made. What can they say about a "300W" unit that blows up when the energy outputs reach 250W? Or what about those "300W" units that can maintain stable voltages at 350W? Those "recommnedations" are usuually just to account for the crappy PSUs that are out there. His system should be about 175W under peak loading with a 750Ti.

All we can do with his power supply is guess if it will be fine or not. I guess that it will be fine.
