I have a question to ask all of you. Let's say I wanted to sell my 280x and buy a 780, would I get the money I paid for it back or would I get the value of what it is now? Kinda of a weird question but I just want to be sure because I plan on selling it due to many problems (Weird fan noises, constant artifacts, and not performing as advertised).
Thanks!~

You can't return something to the manufacturer for a refund. Warranties only cover repair and replacement.
if its artifacting that means there is a problem with the gpu and you should return it to the manufacturer/store and either get your money back or get a new one. if you sell that to somebody they will be really mad and/or disappointed when it fails

1. You never get what you put into it
2. If it has that many issues, nobody is going to buy it anyway. If you sell it without telling people about those issues, you will likely be ordered to refund them anyway.

So even if I sent it back twice, I can't get my money back? Well that's just stupid... I'll just have to make a call monday and see where it goes from there. Thanks for the help anyways.
