28nm fx or large default fsb on current 32nm fx

is it possible for a current 990 chipset and 32nm fx to come in a gaming package configured for best performance by amd?

system thread scaling is important to gamers and only amd could configure the system to scale perfectly.

i find the fx to become very powerful even in single thread games at 4.6ghz with a fsb of 230 while having a drr5 gpu.

of coarse i could just throw a ddr3 card in and max out game settings because dx9 is cpu dependent and old technology.
