29-34fps on Battlefield 3, any fix?

Since last week im getting this issue, whenever i launch the game mp/sp i always get 29-34fps, I was getting 80fps maxed out before. I verified the game through Origin but still im getting low fps. Other games like bf4, bfh, nfs15 are running fine its only with bf3. How can i fix it?

Spec:
intel core i5 4460
R9 380X 4gb
12gb corsair vengeance 1866mhz

With latest Crimson drivers

uninstall drivers with DDU uninstaller an install the amd drivers again

check temps while playing with msi afterburner
check temps using intel processor diagnostic tool

run 3dmark basic edition (firestrike) and post the link which comes up at the end in your browser
