290€ for an MSI MPG Z690 FORCE WIFI is it good?
This is a motherboard used on Amazon.Looks a bit too cheap. In my local store, that MoBo goes for €433.60. And around €400 on different retailers,

My question would be, is that MoBo new or used? If used, then the price is a bit too much. For used MoBo, €200-220 is more reasonable price.

I think to drop this idea because DDR5 is too expensive.
What would you recommend as a DDR4 model for a 12700K?
Ah yes there is also a need for "expensive"? Much better than the A Pro or the TUF?

This mid-range board offers a carbon fibre design, with a tinge of RGB that makes it a bit more colourful. With numerous features, including multiple heatsinks for M.2 and the VRMs. Also included for the VRMs is a heatpipe that should offer slightly better cooling. The MPG Z690 also has integrated WiFi and an IO shield – great additions!
Yes I saw the new Z790 PRO A and it just seems insane to me.Solid mid-range option.

Since you're planning to use 12th gen CPU, you can actually go with Z790 chipset MoBo as well, since those too are compatible with 12th gen.
And there are quite a few Z790 chipset MoBos that support DDR4,
