Question 2950x, 2970wx or 2990wx?

Heya,

I am currently building a PC that I will use for streaming, gaming, video editing and things like that. I already have a main PC with an i9 9900k but I also want this PC for when my mates come over so we can play games. Out of those three CPU's what would you recommend? My budget is about $5.1k - $5.3k. I want to be able to get atleast 120fps as well 😊. If it isn't worth going with threadripper then just let me know and I will probably go with a 9900k or a 7980xe from Intel.

If the 2990wx isn't worth it, I will probably look at upgrading some other things 😊. I personally was thinking the 2970wx because it's in the middle and who needs 32 cores and 64 threads... 24 and 48 should be heaps
