My Setup:
Gigabyte Gaming Gt motherboard
XFX 295x2 Hydra Edition
Montior 1 HP w1907
Monitor 2 Acer X203H
Operation System: Windows 7 Ulitmate x64

Ok, so I don't know if I need a driver for the monitor or something. As you can see both monitors display video until it boots into Windows. If I plugged both monitors into the motherboard onboard DVI, and VGA they both work. But when plugging both into the GPU (DVI, and mini HDMI) it does not want to display video on the 2nd monitor (or 1st in this case). I can still drag windows over to the other monitor, and it detects the other monitor. Just can't get windows to display on the other monitor.

I have the AMD Catalyst Control Center upto date. So I don't know what else would be needed to updated.

Thanks

Here is a video of what is happening.

Didn't know if the PSU, CPU was needed, here it is.
PSU: LEPA 1600watt
CPU: i7-4790K
Driver: AMD Catalyst Control Center
Driver Package Version: 14.10.1006-140417a-171099C
Catalyst Version: 14.4
Provider: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
2D Driver Version: 8.01.01.1390
2D Driver File Path: /REGISTRY/MACHINE/SYSTEM/ControlSet001/Control/CLASS/{4D36E968-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}/0003
Direct3D Version: 9.14.10.01029
OpenGL Version: 6.14.10.12874
AMD Catalyst Control Center Version: 2014.0417.2226.38446
AMD Audio Driver Version: 7.12.0.7718

with one or both monitors they still show up in the Display Settings. But it just won't carry the video, everything else works with the monitor. It shows video in bios and when it says "Windows Loading" as seen in the video. But when the desktop boots, no video is transmitted. I have extended enabled, I can drag windows to the other side, but it is not displaying video on that side. The monitor is even active (not sleeping), but no video.

Now on a new note: I plugged an HDMI monitor in, instead of the DVI monitor and the video does work. I am wondering if it is the DVI2HDMI adapter which is the problem. It is missing the middle pins, in the adapter of the DVI side. Doesn't that carry the HDMI signal? Would that by why it is not displaying video? If so, then why would video work on boot up, just not when it displays the desktop?

I would have to order one, or go buy one. That DVI to HDMI adapter is what came with the XFX 295x2 card. Why would they send a faulty adapter that would not even work with the card? Plus I get video when I first turn on the computer on both monitors. Just when Windows load and the desktop is to be displayed, is when the 2nd monitor quits working.

I went to the AMD Catalyst Center and try to enable EYE-finity, and an UPDATE box popped up. I am updating the Catalyst, yet when I tried to update it manually it said it was up-to date.

I will keep you posted. Hope this works.
