295x2 to a 1070?

Would a GTX 1070 be a good upgrade from a 295x2? I play 1080p 60hz I know that is overkill. But I look for 60fps.

both will absolutely push 60 FPS. all settings all the ant aliasing, but if the game does not support corssifire, then you will only have a single R9 290X, which maxes just about every game at 1080, but there could be one or two games that need to play at high, not ultra. frankly I would keep that card, you will not see a difference.

depend the 295x2 produces alot of heat and uses alot of power if either of those matter i would switch however for that res you wont notice a differance

they already have one of the neatest cards ever made, and can clearly power it, might as well keep it.

Yeah if I'm correct the 295X2 should be a tad better actually than the 1070.
