2gb 800mhz ram vs 4gb 667mhz

Hi, so I was wondering if 2gbs of 80mz ram would be better then 4gbs of 667? I would assume that 2gigs of 800mhz would be better for gaming than the 4gigs of 667 as its faster but I'm not too sure Plus I don't want to bottle neck my system. I have a pentium e6500 @2.93ghz with 2mb cache and a 1066 fsb and I'm wondering what would go best with that

you want more memory when it comes to gaming the 4 gigs would do better

however, if you want optimum speed, go with 4 gigs of 800

just OC the 667 RAM
