[SOLVED] 2gb ram on Hardware reserved

I have 4gb of ram and I just installed 2 gb but when I boot my system the 2gb is on the hardware reserve I watched many tutorial but non of them work and I can't still use the 2gb ram

Amd a4 4020 radeon hd graphics 7480d
6gb of ram (2gb is on Hardware reserved)
500gb hdd and Gts 250

it's turned off I'm using graphics card

Have a look in Windows Device Manager with the "Resources by type" view (under the "view" menu). It should show the memory ranges allocated to each hardware device. Look for a big 2GB range of addresses. Note: You'll need to know how to read hexadecimal or convert it.
