2K 21:9 120hz and 1080p 240hz together.

I have a 8700K delidded @ 5.1 all cores and a titan xp overclocked on water. My current monitor is a x34@ 120hz and I was thinking to use a 1080p 240hz monitor for fps games (gsync and vsync off) can I keep the 2k monitor on (to browse the web) while gaming? or will having them both on reduce refresh rates?

Yes, you can. I have a 240hz 1080p monitor and a 34" ultrawide. I can game on either one with the other one on a video and the refresh rates will be 240hz and 100hz.
