2K 24" or 25" IPS monitor with low response time, in Vietnam

I am looking for a good monitor for regular long time coding with minimum eye stress. The purpose of the monitor is not just limited to coding but also UI designing and weekend gaming. I recently moved to Hanoi, Vietnam. I searched for some good monitor but it seems like the options are very limited. Most seller on Amazon doesn't ship here. Please help me find a good monitor.

Is the resolution on the 24" 2048×1080 or 2560×1440? I assume the 25" is 1080p.
If it is 1440p can your GPU handle it?
And what panel is the 24"?

My laptop's current spec:
Processor: i5 4200U
- Processor graphics: Intel HD 4400
- Max resolution (HDMI 1.4): 3280x2000@60Hz
Dedicated graphics: GeForce 840M

Are you planning on using a monitor connected to your laptop? If so your laptop has no possible chance of running 1440p. You'll need at least a GTX 1070 which is 861% better than the 840M. And that will lead to a more powerful CPU, mobo, RAM, etc. for stability.

Finally found a good 2K monitor (Dell U2518D). Just bought it yesterday, and it's just great! Since, I am planning to use it for regular long time use, I am experimenting with the ComfortView feature.

Well it's not bad but if you plan to play games in 2K, it will be too rough for your current GPU.
