Trying to have a nice 2k gaming experience for red dead, and possibly streaming my
Gameplay. Trying to keep under $2000. Any advice? Hoping to keep rgb on as much as possible.

That build looks pretty decent but there's a couple of things I would suggest:

  1. You have a mini ITX board with a full size ATX case. You should get the full size ATX motherboard, and it will probably save you some money.
  2. If you're going to get a liquid cooler, don't get the Cooler Master one. Pay the extra money for the Corsair or NZXT coolers.
  3. That PSU is decent but not that great of a unit, pay a bit more money and get something from Seasonic, Corsair, or EVGA. Those are much better units.
