$2k "high end" gaming PC, did I do it right?

Hey guys, I'm new to the community and have very basic experience and a basic tech level when it comes to hardware specifics. I'm looking to replace my current gaming pc which I've had for about 6 years and have the money to get what I think is some of the best components out there. I've never built my own pc but I know there are websites out there that I can use as a reference to help me, so here's to my PC building virginity. I was originally going to go through a prebuilt PC manufucaturing website however after looking and comparing the price I could practically do it myself and get a 690gtx card for the same price of a prebuilt pc with a 680. Plus it should be a good learning experience.

Below is a list that I've come up with for what I think is a pretty top end rig.

So here's what I'm worried about

1. Did I miss any essential components?
2. Are all of these parts and components compatible with each other, will my pc work (lol)?
3. Is my case and PSU sufficient? I really have no idea when it comes to cases, very open to new ideas and different ones.
4. I've used newegg before and I know they're reliable, but am I getting the most bang for my buck?
5. Is my system cooling good to go? I read the 690 pumps out temps when ran hard.
6. The last potential issue is that I play on a "47 lg led tv, will I have any problems?

I know there are quite a few questions but I don't want to lay down a lot of money and not have a terrific end result. I'm very open minded when it comes to choosing different parts, but I'd also like to know why. I'd like to pretty much run any game I can at max settings with no problems. Thanks guys!!

Everything is there but I'd switch a few things.

They're compatible.

No. The case is good but you have a $2500 budget. You should not even consider one of the worst brands in the industry. Get a Seasonic - far better power supply.

5. Is my system cooling good to go? I read the 690 pumps out temps when ran hard.

The 690 isn't worth purchasing. Go with a dual 7970 or 670 setup instead - you'll get the same or better performance. I wouldn't get an H50 either - there's far better cooling choices you could get. If you do liquid cooling use the real thing or not at all.

if you'll be running 1080 a high end 670 would be great or 680 for overkill. for higher resolutions or multiple monitors a 690 would be good (overkill but still good) and a 690 runs cooler and with less power than sli'd 680s. with one 670 or 680 and a lightly overclocked 3570k you'll be fine with a 750w power supply from any good brand.

Dual 670s are identical in performance to the 690 and they're $300 cheaper. If you want to run a multiple display setup go with dual Radeon 7970's.
