Is there a problem with having a Windows 2000 Server as a Primary Domain Controller (PDC) and a Windows NT Server as a Backup Domain Controller ?

As long as you're in mixed mode, you'll be fine.
Be sure you write a script (or use lmbridge.cmd you'll find it on
www.microsoft.com) to sync your sysvol with the netlogon share. See this URL
