I just finished building my computer today. I installed all drivers off MOBO website, AMD Drivers for GPU and CPU. Fresh install of windows as well.
When I run a speed test for the internet, I get a my full 18mbps. But when downloading games to the computer, it maxes out at 2MBPS. My X73 cooler also shows it maxing at 2MBPS. At first I was using an ASUS Wifi USB Adapter and thought it was just a connection issue. I moved the tower next to the modem and plugged it in using an Ethernet Cable to the back. That did not fix it. I am still only getting 2MBPS max.
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x
MOBO: MSI B450 Tomahawk Max
GPU: XFX 580GTS Black Edition
Ram: 32 Gigs G.Skill 3600
Storage: WD 1TB NVME
AIO: X73 Kraken
Windows 10 Pro
I have tried uninstalling the MSI Lan Drivers and Reinstalling. I made sure metered network data was off as well as set the limits to unlimited. Nothing has work thus far. I have tried following some other forum post using the command prompt and "netsh" commands and nothing.
